1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a pkbet account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

Use of the pkbet Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. pkbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 21+ minimum age requirement is a hard threshold and is enforced without exception at registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal recreational use.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online betting or casino activities is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of pkbet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the betting and casino services on pkbet, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account. pkbet may request identity verification documents at any point, and failure to provide these within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. If you already hold a pkbet account and attempt to register a second account, pkbet reserves the right to close both accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify pkbet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkbet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation if an unauthorised access report is received.
• pkbet accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your account to conduct betting transactions on behalf of third parties, act as an agent or intermediary, or operate any form of betting syndicate through the Platform.

pkbet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of your registered payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC documents are handled in accordance with pkbet's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkbet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pkbet reserves the right to change these thresholds with notice to players via the Platform.
• Deposits are credited to your pkbet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkbet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or connectivity issues on the player's device.
• Withdrawals are processed by pkbet within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to a KYC verification check before release. pkbet will not process withdrawal requests to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit, except in cases where that payment method is no longer available.
• pkbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge fees at their end. Players are responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pkbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. pkbet reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where abuse or multi-accounting is detected.
• pkbet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time and without notice, provided that any wagering already in progress at the time of cancellation will be settled under the original terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to their own specific terms, including any maximum win cap applicable to winnings generated from those free spins.
• Bonuses may only be used for the categories of games or betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activities conducted through pkbet. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live betting, and casino game types are set out in the relevant game or sport rules section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform, except in cases of obvious technical error on the Platform's part.
• pkbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will take precedence over any other source. pkbet's own records of the event outcome will also be considered in the event of a discrepancy.
• pkbet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any single bet or betting market at its sole discretion. Maximum win limits may vary by sport, market type, and the specific event in question.

7. Responsible Gaming

pkbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players and can be accessed through the account settings section of the Platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session time reminders: Players may set an alert that notifies them when they have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period of time. This feature is designed to support awareness of the time spent gambling.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or indefinitely. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkbet Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other communication with pkbet.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform to facilitate or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including chip dumping in poker or table games, or sharing information about live dealer hands in real time.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

pkbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pkbet support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms, and the resulting balance will be returned to the player.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if pkbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pkbet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkbet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkbet Platform — including but not limited to the pkbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pkbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without pkbet's prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any pkbet trademark, logo, or other proprietary material.

12. Privacy

pkbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to pkbet's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkbet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 13. Amendments to These Terms

pkbet may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pkbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered email address or via an in-Platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification, or, where no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. pkbet will endeavour to resolve any player complaint informally in the first instance — please contact [email protected] with full details of your complaint before initiating any formal legal proceeding. pkbet aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
